Love Where You Live - I Do!

Like so many who now call the Orcas Island home, Suzanne developed her love and appreciation for island life first as a visitor. And then in 2017, after thirty years of summer vacations here with her family, was fortunate enough to find the perfect place to build their forever home.

Becoming a real estate broker was the logical next step in a career that spanned law, real estate development and being one of the few women general contractors in Southwest Washington in the 1990’s. Suzanne always loved the client interaction facet of custom home-building and bringing someone’s housing dreams to reality and is fortunate to be able to continue that mission as a broker.

Suzanne has enjoyed helping others find their “forever”, “vacation”, or “perfect for now” place in the San Juan Islands since 2020. She is a fierce advocate for her clients – whether buying or selling – and puts everything she’s learned from her years on the island and in real estate to the task. Clients describe her as efficient, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, fun and friendly. But Suzanne would describe herself primarily as a careful listener. She listens to what her clients say and takes note of what they don’t.
