SOLD on Lopez Island!

Amazing waterfront home at 249 Ferry Road on Lopez Island sold to an adventurous family from Corvallis, Oregon.  It took some serious logistical planning, but we made it happen and I am so incredibly pleased that they found the perfect island-quirky home!
